The Clark County Family and Children First Council in partnership with United Way are currenty working with students and faculty from the University of Dayton to explore a potential virtual resource page to take the place of our Social Services 101 event, more to come
Our Members
Membership of the Clark County Family and Children First Council as a regional council of governments includes the parties to its Agreement of Articles and other political subdivisions that enter into the Agreement or are admitted to membership.
Each Member has the right to vote for or appoint its representative or alternate representative to the Clark County Family and Children First Council Board of Trustees. The Members authorize the Board to exercise all of the rights and privileges of the Members regarding the management and operation of the Council.
Members exercise Reserved Powers as outlined in Section 23 of the Agreement of Articles.
