The GRADS program is an in-school secondary program,at every county high school, for pregnant students and young parents. The purpose of GRADS is to increase the likelihood that young parents will remain in school with little interruption until graduation. The program is designed to help students.

Encompass

An 8 hour program offered in six 2-hour sessions held once a week for stepparents and children in 2 day sessions.

Pregnancy Resource Clinic | New Moms-Pregnancy Resource Center

New Moms is a six week course for newly-expectant moms. Topics include:

• Welcome Home Baby

• Developing Baby’s Personality

• Loving Correction

• Keeping Baby Healthy

• Your Child’s Spiritual Training

• The Fun Side of Being a Family

The New Moms Support Group meets for two hours, once  a week for six weeks.

Offers classes for the development of parenting and homemaking skills. Includes courses in Active Parenting, Overcoming Family Violence, Cleaning & Cooking 911, Parenting the Challenging Child and Kindergarten Readiness 1, 2, 3. Child Care and Transportation are provided at no cost for Clark Co.

Springfield City Board of Education | Springfield Schools Parent Support Fulton School | Parents as Teachers 3 to 5

PAT is a home/school based partnership designed to serve parents of children ages three to five reach their full potential as learners. Services offered include monthly home visits, developmental screenings, parent involved school readiness activities, community resource information, goal setting.

F.A.S.T

F.A.S.T. is a school-based program that assists parents in helping their children ages 4 to 9 years succeed. The program builds protective factors against school failure, violence, delinquency, and substance abuse. Following F.A.S.T., families participate for two years in a monthly self-help group.
